Calendar Week Definition:

Depending on the context, either a period of time from midnight, Saturday to following midnight Saturday, or any period of seven consecutive days.

In Sonoma County, Justice Thompson of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, California wrote:

"[T]he term calendar week as it is ordinarily used, refers to the period of time from Sunday to Sunday, as it appears on the calendar."

In Scilley, the Montana Court wrote:

"A calendar week is a block of seven days registered on the calendar in general use, as beginning with Sunday and ending with Saturday."
