Improper influence on a juror.

A actual or attempt to corrupt or influence a juror including, but not necessarily limited to, bribes, threats, money or persuasion other than evidence submitted at trial, and also including any such act as between the jurors themselves.

Today, this activity is mostly captured within the offence of obstruction of justice, and it is a variety of maintenance.
