Judgment Creditor Definition:

Any person entitled to enforce a judgment against another.

As stated in the Manitoba Judgments Act:

"Judgment creditor means any person, whether plaintiff or defendant, who has recovered a judgment against another, and also any person entitled to enforce a judgment, and includes a corporation, foreign or domestic."

The person who owes the money and exposed to enforcement of the judgment is called the judgment debtor.
