A standard form salvage contract issued by Lloyd's as a single sheet, double-sided ready-to-use document.

L.O.F. is short for Lloyd's Open Form and 2000 is simply the year of issue.

The form is aptly entitled Lloyd's Standard Form of Salvage Agreement - No Cure, No Pay.
