Related Terms: Demonstrative Evidence

In his 1991 book on Visual Evidence, Ontario lawyer Elliott Goldstein dedicates a whole chapter on medical demonstrative evidence but provides no description though he does expound on the concept of demonstrative evidence.

Yet he jumps right into a series of examples as follows:

  • Anatomical charts, models and exhibits;
  • X-rays, PET scans, ultrasounds and other scans (he probably meant the reports of these tests); thrmography.
